And then swing into San Antonio on Friday October 5
for a weekend conference right in downtown,
just 1 block from the fabulous River Walk
and walking distance to the Alamo.

Fly into Austin or San Antonio and drive to Brenham, Texas.

We will be staying at the Best Western Hotel in Brenham, Texas on Thursday night
where we have 15 rooms available at $140 per night.  PLEASE SEND A CHECK FOR $140, payable to the Best Western TO LYNN SMITH BEFORE  FEBRUARY 25TH
TO RESERVE THE ROOM.  Our special reservation of 15 rooms will expire on
February 28th.  The rate includes tax which in Texas is 16.5%  Round Top is
15 miles from the hotel and 2.5 hours from San Antonio.

On Friday afternoon, after the car is loaded with treasures, drive to San Antonio arriving in time for our Pot Show and buffet dinner.

Saturday, we will have speakers during the day, lunch at the hotel and our annual banquet in the evening.

Sunday we will have a speaker in the morning, our annual meeting, a buffet lunch and then the Shelley Sale from 2-3:30 in the afternoon, with a lovely afternoon tea in the sale room to end the weekend.

The hotel in San Antonio will be the historic St. Anthony, a Wyndham hotel.  King rooms are reserved at $119 plus tax, double queen bed rooms are $139 and junior suites are $159.  Group rates will be extended for 3 days before and after our event as available.

Early birds booking the hotel through www.wyndham.com may find 30% off sale rates available when searching under the best available rate.  Book early for this really low rate, when its gone, its all gone.   If you book at the sale rate, please let Lynn Smith know when you register.
